Book a Free 20-min Call

On this call, you will share with me about your sleep struggles and what’s working and what’s not.

 

Together, we’ll make sure we are the right fit to work together.

Intake Questionnaire

Once enrolled in the program, you will be asked to fill out an in-depth questionnaire about your lifestyle, stress, eating habits, activity levels, and much more.  This data will help me understand your life and sleep.

Schedule Your first Session

During your first session, I will lay out the program's structure and what you can expect during our time together.

 Accountability & Support

We will schedule weekly accountability sessions, during which I will educate you, hold you accountable, and answer any questions. Additionally, I will introduce new habits and strategies to help you continually move closer to your sleep goals.
